    Need help, what workouts an supplements for gaining mass

    Ok I'm new here, I haven't worked out for about 3 years, but everytime I do I cut up really easy, I just have a problem gaining weight/mass.... I need some good ideas on workout programs an also supplements.... I weight 179 an would be glad to be close to 200 lbs.... I used to use ON Micronized creatine powder, an dymatize nutrition ISO 100 hydrolyzed 100% whey protein isolate powder, I need to know what to use that's better than those or to stick with those an also some good workout programs to get on that will actually work, I'm also 38 years old.... thanks on advanced
