    Protein shake + diet help

I currently am trying out a protein shake with the following ingredients: ( I’m 18 years old around 135 lbs)
    1 banana
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1-2 cups milk
    1 serving of yogurt
I feel like it’s alright for now, but I need some ideas on how to make it healthier, more calorie dense and more protein / carbs in it, as I’m currently trying to bulk and reach a daily calorie goal of 3000-3500 calories. Trying to make this post-workout shake at least 1000 calories to help reach me calorie goal and make it as calorie dense and at the same time not too unhealthy for building muscle as I can. Any suggestions would help.
