I haven’t used the programs myself, but he does have a huge active and vocal fan base who do use his various programs.

Most of them are pleased and happy with their results...but MOST of them aren’t bodybuilders. They are just looking to get in shape, lose some fat, be a little healthier, etc. at the high end, most want to look athletic. The majority of them look like “normal” people with a little muscle and definition.

If those are your goals, check out the various AX websites and Facebook pages and debate the programs and ask questions from people who have been using them for years (great people, great communities). If bodybuilding is your goal, better to save your money and get on a good bodybuilding program and use his free videos when needed.

The barbell medicine Forum has a lot of rehab info from MDs, they have specific knee and back rehab templates too, not sure about shoulder

Not paid for any of the stuff, but have used some off the free you tube videos for ideas. Found the shoulder stuff useful when i had shoulder impingement, since Jeff is a physio he kinda worked that knowledge into ways to train shoulders to reduce the impingement. Managed to make a full shoulder recovery and working out shoulders almost like I used to (but more conscious about the impingement issues).

It's rare to see a thread pertaining to Calvaliers' stuff without any haters posting
I've learned from some of his over 900 free videos.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

He does have some nice info in his vids and good form guides but as you can tell from his physique, which has only a very modest amount of muscle, his focus is programming to be lean and athletic, not building substantial muscle. If that's your focus too, then it might be worth your money. If you want to eventually get 'jacked', then it's not going to serve that goal imo

Actually his programs are very step by step, day by day, have meal plans, has attached videos, has online coaching, and access to exclusive forums. Like I said, I haven’t done them myself, but have been around the people doing them....you aren’t just paying for a routine scribbled on a sheet of paper (like the majority of online programs).

He also has a widespread reputation as a friendly down to earth guy who will talk to, and help, anyone. You’ll also notice, he doesn’t do around bashing the competition, or making childish “response” videos like most other (less qualified) coaches.

I’m guessing if you are the type of person who fits the profile of his clientele, the entry price of one of his routines is well worth the money...his multimillion fanbase seems to feel that way.

Never understood the haters. Good guy with credible credentials, puts out tons of free content, sells programs and quality supplements without pressuring people to buy in any way, has NOTHING but satisfied customers who actually PURCHASED the programs...I mean what’s to hate? He doesn’t say anything rude, insulting, or stupid and doesn’t cheat people or sell them rubbish or garbage.

I agree with you on all points. I'll always promote free programs BUT if someone wants to pay money for the program and everything else I would much rather it be towards someone like Jeff where there's some actual value vs some instragrammer/fitness model selling cookie cutter programs.
