I actually hate it. Especially as I have to go lighter because if I use 45 pounds I actually cause the treadmill to stall out. I do it sometimes when I have to but I try to get outside as much as possible.
Sunday - 12 mile ruck march in the snow, about 3 hours and 25 minutes. Rucksack weighed 40# dry.

Sunday - 12 mile ruck march, 40#, under 3 hours and 25 minutes despite the snow. It was cold.
Monday - Old Army Physical Fitness Test. 253/300. I knew my push-ups were going to be weak due to the lat injury, but I lost over a minute off of my run time too. Guess I still had some fatigue from the ruck march. In good news, I maxed sit-ups.

Wednesday -
Quick 1.5 mile ruck after work with the 45# plate.
PT pyramid of sandbag squats and 8 count bodybuilders (two-handed swings every odd set), finished in an hour. 100 sandbag squats with 60#, 200 8 count bodybuilders, 50 swings with 24kg. I have not done swings in a long time which is a mistake I think. Starting off very conservatively.

Sunday - 5 mile snow ruck, 45# ruck plate plus water, 1:17:18. Good pace despite the snow and elevation. Tired so not much else today.
Monday - "Death by Burpee" Challenge - managed 10 rounds, failed the 11th round (59 burpees). Basically an EMOM where each minute you do another burpee (so first minute, 1 burpee; second minute, 2 burpees; and so on). I then did the Iron Wolf Legs and Lungs Pyramid with a 15# rucksack in 42:08. Total work - 100 two pump ruck burpees (200 pushes), 100 ruck squats, 100 ruck lunges per leg.

Rough couple of days, little sleep and busy.
Thursday - "Iron Wolf Burpees" 15 minute AMRAP. Each rep is 3 jumping jacks, 12 count bodybuilder, air squat, lunge per leg, and knee raise per leg. Managed 40 reps. Later on I did an upper body circuit at the work gym - DB curl/press/extensions, lat pulldowns, one arm rows for a few rounds.

Saturday - Army Ranger standards workout. Max push ups in 2 minutes (minimum 55, I got 66), max sit ups in 2 minutes (minimum 65, I got 66), 12 mile timed ruck march with 45# in under 3 hours and 30 minutes (we managed 3 and 23, the snow was killer today so it was hard but we got it done). Core circuit and stretching later.

Sunday - Iron Wolf Burpees and Calisthenics Fat Scorcher, took me 66 minutes. Total work - 195 two pump burpees (390 push ups), 30 four count jumping jacks, 30 air squats, 30 lunges, 30 reverse lunges, 30 four count mountain climbers, 30 four count flutter kicks, 30 sit ups, 30 side plank raises per side (surprisingly terrible), 30 four count hello dollies, 30 leg raises, 30 four count arm haulers (also surprisingly hard), 30 four count cherry pickers, 30 four count chain breakers.

Saturday - 18 miles of rucking trails, ruck was 50# dry. Took me about 6.5 hours or so.
Sunday - 45 minute yoga routine.
Monday - 45 minute workout. Sandbag thrusters with 70#, one arm rows per arm, and four count mountain climbers. Total work - 85 thrusters, 85 one arm rows per side, 170 four count mountain climbers.

Catching up a bit.
Friday 3/12 - 5km run in 27:30, followed immediately by 5km ruck with 45# in 43:30, then finished with 50 ruck push-ups.
Took my sons camping over the weekend.
Sunday 3/14 - Short workout. 2km ruck with 50# then 21 sandbag thrusters (100#), 63 ruck push-ups (50#), 105 four count ruck mountain climbers (50#).
On vacation so was a bit lazy.
Thursday 3/18 - 72 ruck goblet squats with 45# plate, 72 sandbag pull throughs with 50#, 4 minutes of farmer holds with the ruck and sandbag (no ground touches allowed).
Friday 3/19 - 48 ruck thrusters, 50m lateral bear crawls, 40 ruck sit ups, all with 30# plate. Then did 6 sets of pull ups.
Saturday 3/20 - 2km ruck with 30# in 16:34, PT circuit (34 sandbag thrusters (60#), 102 ruck push-ups (30#), 170 ruck four count mountain climbers (30#) in under 40 minutes), 2km ruck in 23:10 (carried the 60# sandbag for the first 1000m).
Sunday 3/21 - 5 mile hill run, 786' elevation.
Monday 3/22 - 55 sandbag strict presses, 55 upright rows, 100 lateral hops over sandbag. Total time 9:51 with 60#. 100 one pump burpees as a finisher. Later on, did a 2 mile run in 22:29 (271' elevation).Last edited by GrouchyUSMC; 03-22-2021 at 10:23 PM.

Thursday - Was supposed to do a 2 mile run in the morning, but had to get to sleep right away for my son's dentist appointment later (the night shift sucks). In the evening, knocked out 144 sandbag lunges (72 per leg), 72 sandbag high pulls, and 72 butterfly sit-ups in 14:52. Sandbag weight was 40# - started with 60# but I felt the day's fatigue. Went lighter and had a great workout.

Saturday - My left knee is flaring up (you know you're getting old when your knee bugs you from sleeping funny), so light stuff only. 200 four count flutter kicks, 200 lateral hops over sandbag, 100 feet elevated yes, 100 feet elevated no, 4 minutes of farmers holds with 2x16kg. "Yes" and "no" are just neck exercises. Took me about 20 minutes.
Monday - Felt like crap in the morning but much better in the evening. 78 two pump burpees (156 push-ups), 78 sandbag cleans, 120 four count flutter kicks. Took me about 25 minutes. Knee feels much better but still not 100% so no running/rucking after. Hoping it's good to go by Wednesday.
