    Hydrolyze collagen Supliment , worth the money??

    Hi,
    I have a question , my joints ,especially knees , are sore all the time ,would Hydrolyze collagen help with that? or is just a scam ?
    i workout 4 times a week(push/pull) ,play soccer once a week ,deadlift and squat for low reps .

    Not worth the money. If you want something for joints, get a joint supplement that has stuff like cissus in it.
