    Question Help I’m eating like maniac and still hungry at night

    I’m eating so many calories and eating more and losing weight I usually eat 2 pounds of beef 96 percent meat 4 cups of rice and 800 calories shake 4 scoop of peanut butter 2 cups of soy and still hungry over night used to weigh 149.1 now 144.4 and sometimes i eat 3 chiptole meal double rice Double meat it ****ing sucks I’m trying to bulk so hard and can’t maintain weight and I wake up feeling like crap trying to feed myself the whole day

    Once you have your macros sorted then all you need to do is add calories until you start gaining weight. These calories can be whatever you like as long as you hit your macros + a range of fruit/ veg as well as fibre.

    Just eat calorie dense foods and you will gain weight no trouble, like I said as long as you hit your macros you can eat anything this includes cakes, scones, cream etc. Getting calories in is not difficult you just have to eat different stuff then three items........

    you've probably heard it a thousand times, but just eat more. there is no other way to gain weight than eating more calories than you burn. you could be eating 1800 calories a day and thinking it's 3000. check your calories bro

    Lean bulk has nothing to do with foods you eat but amount of surplus you are in. Eat you fruits and veggies and track what you are eating.

    I think you're confusing lean bulk, which is about a 100-300 calorie surplus, and clean bulk, which is the odd need some people feel to eat only "clean" foods. Eat foods with more satiety or just eat more period.

    You aren't understanding what we are telling you. Clean/lean surplus means amount of calories over and ZERO to do with foods. 300 calorie surplus of vegetables is the same as 300 calorie surplus by eating ice cream in terms of weight gain

    Kinda confused here.

    You're trying to gain weight but keep losing weight (you've lost 5lbs) AND you're still hungry at night? Am I missing something? Usually people are having trouble with not enough to gain because of lack of hunger, or eating too much to lose because of hunger.

    In your case, it's so simple. Give into your hunger and EAT.

    Doesn't matter if you go 600 calories over maintenence with spinach and broccoli, that would be considered a dirty bulk. About 300 would be lean if you went over on cakes and ice-cream.

    Dirty (higher surplus) doesn't mean the type of food you consume. It means you're more likely to build muscle a bit quicker, but also more fat. NO MATTER WHAT FOODS YOU EAT.

    You should be going to bed feeling satiated. Eat more if you're hungry. Just make sure you're tracking calories and macros.

    I'm not an elevator, but I certainly do lift.

    Going to the gym? Ha, it's just a weights of time.

    Sorry are you actually reading the posts or just spamming, people are offering the advice you need so follow it, its that simple. Why would eating the same amount of food cause you to gain. Increase your calorie amounts it doesn't matter if its more rice or a doughnut both will have the same effect on weight gain if the caloric surplus is the same.

    Just make a large meal at night that satisfies your hunger. It sounds like you're not counting calories. Also, throw your stats into a few TDEE calculators online.

    Usually it's the opposite and people struggle to get in the last 300-400 calories for the day.
