    Post Am I skinny and unfit or is it body dysmorphia

    So my stats are 6,1 190 pounds. Bulked from 149 to 190 but feel skinny and unfit. I can squat 345, bench 225 and deadlift 380. I also box on an amateur team so that’s my main training. Can I get advice on my body as well as critiques. This is coming from a guy who was bullied for being the skinny guy lol. Please help pics on profile
