First men’s physique contest

Hello everyone,

I’m doing my first NPC Big Cat Classic Men’s Physique show this October.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how the flow of the show goes for men’s physique (do they tell you how to pose, does someone instruct you were to go while on stage, etc.)

Also, any advice would be much appreciated!

I wouldn't suggest going down this route, OP. Bodybuilding is a death cult and you will end up damaging your organs and dying at a young age just to be judged at a beauty pageant.

You might want to pack extra lube I hear the judges can be rough.

You'll be instructed where to step on stage, yeah.

As far as poses go, some feds are different and require you to hit certain poses a certain way but as far as Men's Physique is concerned it's just your quarter turns. Practice ur posing a lot brah, lot of cramping up there.

You'll be assigned a number and they'll address you by your number while you're on stage. A director will tell you which door to enter from, which spot to stand, etc and they'll usually be pretty nice.
