    Joint pain

What's the best supplement for joint pain/joint grinding now? I've been out of the loop for the past 3 years. Is glucosamine/condrotin still the best thing or is there something new/innovative out there?
The journey toward perfection is ALWAYS a path of successes AND failures.

    NO REPS LEFT BEHIND!!!

Form first and foremost of course. Or if you're like me and shoulders are a bother, sleeping correctly (side sleeping has a lot of bad shoulder positioning possible for example)

You might try something like Controlled Labs Orange Triad as your multi and also joint (and digestion/immune support)...get your daily omega 3's/fish oil...curcumin (BCM-95)...maybe cissus quadrangularis. Different people and different 'joint' bothers respond (or don't) to different things. As a stand alone joint supp separate from your multi or anything else I still like Universal Animal Flex. And also curcumin and fish oil. In the past I also believe I benefited from Flexatril, and blue star joint armour

If it hurts dont do the movement. Physical Therapy, massage, deep tissue massage. foam rolling.

Fish oil is good. Turmeric, curcumin is good. Lots of decent and good anti inflammatory ingredients out there.

    Solid advice.
Had a near-death car accident a few years back that took a toll on my joints, but Physical Therapy, stretches, foam rolling, etc... helped get me on track again

We (Gaspari) just released a new Joint product called Proven Joint

I just started taking it last week and so far so good. I can already tell a bit my cranky left shoulder feels a tad bit better. The pill size is the exact same as Anavite (our multi) and this like Anavite is the athlete's joint product. Profile is very good and not only helps with joints but also helps in reducing inflammation. Take a look at it if you get a chance, and hopefully I will be running a promo on here for it soon so look for that as well!

Yes, you might consider anti-inflammatory support after speaking with your doctor. Turmeric/curcumin are also better absorbed in a hydro-soluble supplement form.
