    How's It Looking So Far? (Pictures)

    I started Phrak's GSLP program after reading about it on reddit. I am 16yrs old, 5'9", and currently around 140lbs. I consume between 2200 and 2500 calories a day, always trying to hit 145g of protein.

    My lift progress (I began at the end of may)

    Squat: 45lb > 125lb
    Deadlift: 45lb > 180lb
    Row: 45lb > 80lb
    BP: 45lb > 70lb (was using incorrect form, had to drop weight off)

    How do I look for ~4 months of lifting and bulking, and what could I improve?
