    Question Substitute for Deadlift chalk?

I've switched gyms this past weekend, the new place I lift at banned chalk, so what should I do instead? Should I consider wrist straps? I'm working back from a big deload so it's not necessarily a problem right now.

Throughout this week, I'll even see if they'll make an exception for me (I have my ways XD) so I'll be back on the forums this coming weekend to report how that went/see what you guys say.

    Thanks once again!

    I lift for fun :D

Check out something called Eco Ball. I currently have it, because we can’t use chalk at our gym. It’s not as effective, but not as messy.

Use a towel to dry your hands before each set.
