Noticed for a while my left lumber is more pronounced than my right, not visible but i can definitely feel it.
Once my OHP gets tough to rep i can feel my body begin to twist at the mid section. Im not sure on cause/affect but to my question
I shouldn't let this continue, has anyone any input to how to correct this?

Seems to be fine during warm ups, but during later portions of my sets/reps i can feel my body twisting to get the weight up
There's an imbalance somewhere causing my right to fatigue first and the twist to begin
I'd never heard of squeezing the butt, ill try find a few form videos see what else im missingrep for rep, pm with link
