    soccer specific training for strength and explosiveness

    Hi there , i am 25 years old and play soccer as an amateur . I see that my endurance is ok but i lack in strength and explosiveness. Could anyone point out any leg explosivennes excercises for soccer ?

    base strength - WS4SBv3 - plus the running template. Specific explosiveness work (plyometric) do a search on STACK, a fair amount of soccer related work.
