    Pain in back

Been having pain in the area of my lower trapezius. Or maybe the muscles under it in that area. Sharp pain as if that muscle is just worn out and can no longer function. It gets better with rest, but comes back and makes be end my running workouts too soon. Any advice or experience with this?

being honest you should see a doctor if it keeps coming back. That is not normal and someone telling you the wrong thing here could get it hurt worse.

I go to the chiro and there is nothing seriously wrong. I think the muscle are weak and was mostly looking for the golden strengthening cure.

Examine what your doing that causes your issue.
You may want to explore the exercise "bat wing rows" to help strengthen the inner mid traps and rhomboids.
I don't know if this will help but it won't hurt you.
See a different chiropractor one that primally works with athletes or as mentioned a PT that also works more with athletes.
I find that for me medical professionals that work with average people give the same cookie cutter advise on issues.
