    Transformation?

    Hey Guys,
    You have clear and unbiased eyes. I have been doing an hour of lifts + bench press + cardio 2/3 times a week. I feel much fitter, and a bit healthier - BUT can you spot any difference - WAS IT WORTH?

    First: 2014
    2 from this spring
    2 from today

    Definitely worth it but not a big improvement. Please don't get depressed!

    You need to go on a proper workout routine and you need to get on a proper diet. Eat enough proteins keep the calories at maintenance and follow a workout routine with high compound exercises.

    Thanks. No I’m not getting it bad. What is high compound exercises? I clearly feel improvements in lifting 90 kg now doibg better in cardio in abds... what else?
