    Supplements that break a fast

    Wondering if any of these ingredients in my supplement will break my fast?

    L-Carnitine Tartate
    Conjugated Linoleic Acid
    Caffeine
    L-Tyrosine
    Theacrine
    Synephrine
    Vitamin B6
    Black pepper extract
    Vitamin B12

    OP did not ask anything about body composition, he asked what breaks a fast. The world does not revolve around body composition.

    The micro nutrients/vitamins and black pepper will not break your fast.
    Caffeine has been proven to increase autophagy while fasted, so that's fine.
    CLA (or any fat) will break fast.
    Any amino acid technically breaks fast.

    But, this depends on your reasons. If your using it as a mechanism for weight loss, then it doesn't matter. If your using it for hormone control and/or autophagy then it does matter, but how much it matters depends on why you're doing it.
