Controlled Labs - White Warped (Gummy Worm) Review

I've been using Controlled Labs latest pre workout White Warped for a couple of weeks now and the flavor I have is Gummy Worm. The mixability of White Warped is good with it mixing up fast with just a little bit of foam that settles down quickly. I started off mixing a scoop in 10 oz. of water and I always throw some ice cubes in there. The flavor and sweetness was a little light for me at 10 oz. so next I tried it in 8 oz. The sweetness and flavor came through very nicely mixed with 8 oz. of water. The flavor and sweetness really does resemble one of those sugared gummy worms. Controlled Labs did a pretty good job on the flavor I found it very enjoyable.

The energy comes on very good and with the addition of 100 mg Di-Caffeine Malate to the 250 mg Caffeine Anhydrous I found it to also be long lasting. I had plenty of clean energy to get me right through longer lasting sessions. The pumps were solid and better then I expected. I consistently had a pretty nice and noticeable pump going. I also found White Warped to have decent focus throughout my workouts for in all a pretty well rounded pre workout. The formula is straight forward with the energy being the highlight for me. White Warped is a solid pre workout that I've enjoyed every time I've used it. They've also got some interesting flavors like Strawberry Jelly Bean that I'd like to give a go. Controlled Labs did a good job with White Warped and with no crash.

Solid review and I prefer more water like about 16-18oz to really capture that gummy worm flavor
and you liked 8oz so that goes to show how everyone taste things differently but one thing that
every agrees on is that this is a GOOD preworkout with a simple but effective ingredient profile.

Nice review man. I'm with Super in terms of the amount of water used to get that gummy worm flavor.

I definitely love the energy and pump I get with WW as well.

Thanks guys and taste really does look subjective here with everybody having their preferred amount of water to mix with to get the best flavor.
