    675 pound trap bar deadlift (whats the regular weight difference between that and reg



    I want to know the average weight difference between the lift?

    I easily hit 585 pounds on regular deadlift last year and this video is 6 months ago I recently just front squatted 500 pounds

    I would say a bigger difference than 5% if using the high handles like OP. Best example I can think of would be Steve Johnson, he is a low 900's puller and he has pulled 1,000 for reps on the trap bar.

    It's completely different for everybody. When I used to do trap bar deadlifts, the best trap bar DL I pulled was 655, but my best deadlift at the time was 570.

    Feels way easier to me, it's basically a squat hinge... From the high bars to cut ROM as well.
    Something like 15-20% easier Imo.

    You can now do 615 on regular.

    But only really because of your naturally high levels of testosterone. You basically don't have a clue as to what the hell you're doing to hit max potential in anything really ...

    Your muscles grow exponentially just like Anthony Joshua grows. You're like a plant. And your naturally high testosterone levels are like miracle grow.

    Joshua does yoga workouts and has 19 inch biceps naturally.

    So i mean great job and everything. But you're still nowhere near your absolute max potential due to you not having a clue as to what you're doing in the gym.


    I mean one look at your youtube page and it's evident. Like why the hell would you even attempt 41 pullups? Anything over 5 reps is going to prohibit protein synthesis within the muscle fibers thus causing them to become weaker and smaller due to the lactic acid accumulation effect. This applies to you too. So you would be even stronger if you would stop doing such high rep bull crap.

    And stick with everything below 5 reps.

    And with enough rest time in between everything to maximize potential on everything. Seems to me like you do a circuit workout. Will you get stronger from either one? yes. But the question is, is this your absolute max potential? No it's not.

    The next video we need from you is a 60 meter dash video to test where you're at. I can train you to get into the olympics next year in the 100. The question is are you willing to listen? Also i'm claiming right now 50 percent of your prize money.

    Go to the track. It's 196 feet and 10 inches for 60 meters.

    So basically go to the goal line... The 0 yard line. Not the back of the end zone. The front of it.

    Walk to the 50 yard line on the track. Ok great. That's 150 feet. Now walk 15 more yards. And put a cone down. So you want to basically measure off by lining up on the track exactly 65 yards.


    Then once you measure off 65 yards. Just take your foot and measure off two more feet. That will get you to 196.8 feet. Or in other words 60 meters.


    Now get a HIGH DEFINITION CAMERA. Not something in 320 p.. But like 1080p.

    Get someone at the track to film you in the 60 meter dash.

    Have them film it from the side kinda so we can see where you're at.

    Do this and i'll tell you right now if you have potential to be a 100 meter dash sprinter.

    No track athlete is currently doing this much weight. You have potential to run 9.8 right now if you listen to me.
