    Helpful Lessons/Tips

    newbie here, maybe in 4-5 months.. 39, 227 currently. Working on bulking slowly (3100 calories) and doing the novice 5 workout on the board here. I am not really seeing any change lately and wanted to know if some vets can tell me what can help more, what more to expect and any tips or lessons learned through the process they would do different.

    I know the biggest thing I have learned is anything with the body takes time.
