Hello guys! So currently Im really nervous. 4 weeks later I will compete in wellness fitness for the first time and and my glutes and hamstrings are obviously not seperating from each other. (I guess you understand what i mean but that division under booty)
I really dont know what to do about it. If you have any ideas, any special exercise for it, i really appreciate!!
