    Exclamation 4 weeks out and hamstrings!

    Hello guys! So currently Im really nervous. 4 weeks later I will compete in wellness fitness for the first time and and my glutes and hamstrings are obviously not seperating from each other. (I guess you understand what i mean but that division under booty)
    I really dont know what to do about it. If you have any ideas, any special exercise for it, i really appreciate!!

    That's a bodyfat issue which goes back to your diet and giving yourself enough time in your prep to lean out those tough areas.

    Keep your diet tight, keep moving forward and good luck!
