    Pain in pectoralis minor

    Hi all,

    I'm a 35 year old male, and relative new (+- 1 year) to fitness. I got all my excersises off this website, it really helps me, so that's how I end up here
    About a week and a half ago I have a strained or pulled my right chest muscle (think the right pectoralis minor) while excersising the dumble flyes wich causes a sharp pain. I continued the training (that was a bit stupid I guess) and trained again 2 days later (even more stupid) until the pain was really stopping me from going on.
    I can still do bench presses, but when I am lying on my back lifting 8 kg with my right hand I really have a sharp flaming pain in my chest. The same muscle is causing pain in small and light movements, for example shifting gear in a car, or sleeping on my side.
    Cooling it really takes the edge off.
    Does anyone have any experience with this, and any tips on how to continue?
