How do I add incline bench press to fierce 5 full body routine?

Im just about to start the fierce 5 full body routine but really want to add in incline bench press.

Should I do it during the A or B workout?

Why add it in? The program is already balanced with respect to volume and pushing/pulling, and both flat bench press and overhead barbell press will both work the upper chest.

Don't add in, you sub in.....

I know Davis pulled it off the sub list, but I did it that way, back when it was still on the sub list...

If you’re on the novice routine then everything is lacking. Just follow the program.

There’s no point in doing subs just to satisfy some neurosis.

I did incline DB over OHP when I started and now I regret it honestly.

I mean I had a lot of fun with the DBs, I think I was at 30 degrees?, but it stalled out my bench way faster (and it was already lacking) so I think doing the inclines was partly to blame.

Then when I finally did start doing OHP I was completely untrained and could barely put anything on the bar.

They are both great exercises though, and as much fun as the DBs were in my personal case I think it was counterproductive. OHP is such a hard lift to improve its best to start early imo.

I’d definitely want both in the UL program though.

Why do you guys keep bringing up this Punk band? lol

Neurosis is an American avant-garde metal band from Oakland, California. It was formed in 1985 by guitarist Scott Kelly, bassist Dave Edwardson, and drummer Jason Roeder, initially as a hardcore punk band.- Wikipedia

Who said anything about Neurosis (good band btw)? I said neuroses, plural of neurosis. Changing the spelling in your quote reveals your own neurosis (there now I said it).
