How big can a natural lifter get arms. I have gotten to 17.25 inches, still feels small. But without steroids is this it?

17.25 is a good size. I would concentrate on other factors besides just arm size such as definition and shape. A very defined well shaped 17 in arm will look a lot bigger than a 17 inch arm that has more a smooth appearence.

Arm size you can reach depends somewhat on genetics and your natural body size/frame. Your arm size compared to the rest of your body proportions (waist, etc.) also affects how big your arms look (in addition to how tight your shirts are). But lean 17.25 inch arms will look pretty huge if you focus on dropping any fat in your arms (which means dropping fat overall) and work on defining them.

Arm size is about proportions and bf%. Marky Mark looks jacked with 16 inch arms because he's 5'5''. If you want the biggest arms naturally i suggest hitting kfc hard and long.

My arms are 18.5" and to me look small on my 6'4" frame.

The way you carry fat makes a difference too. At the height of a bulk, my arms have never reached 13" because I just don't put fat on them. I can have a belly and love handles but still have striated delts and vascular arms because I just don't store fat there.
