    Post 5x5 advice

    Dear bodybuilding.com members,

I have been doing 5x5 since june 1.

    Age: 25
    Length: 188 cm
    Weight: 94 KG
    Bodyfat: around 17-19%
    Diet: KETO
Goal: ketting stronger and losing weight.

    Current lifts:

Squat 107 KG x5. I dont have much struggle finishing the set.

Overhead press: 52 KG. Struggling to finish the set.

    Barbelrows: 82 KG. Easy sets

Benchpress: 72 KG. Little struggle finishing the set

Deadlift: 170. Cant finish the set.

My question is. What do need to do to make my deadlift and overhead press stronger?

Eating carbs and not being in a deficit will help quite a bit.

Aside from that, get on a program. A good program will have progression in it, along with scheduled deloads. Theres plenty of good options in the stickies.

If you're on a program, just stick with it. What does the program say to do when you can't complete the sets?
