    Body weight and muscle building?

    Hi there. Just wanted some advice please

    Im currently 10 stone 13lbs (quite fit as i play football)

    I go on holiday in 7 weeks time and between now and then i just want to try and maintain my body weight but try to tone up aswell as get my abs to show a little more.

    I was just wondering if i maintain the same body weight the next 7 weeks and train would it be possible to get my abs to show and biceps/chest/shoulders to look a little more lean. Or wouldnt it make much difference without aiming to gain weight?

    When i get back off holiday i will be training to put on weight before cutting.

    Any advice please?

    Hard to say without pics or more stats but if you are relatively lean now and have some muscle mass, I'm not familiar with stones, going on a moderate calorie deficit and some total body training with quality movements 7 weeks could definitely show ab definition. When trying to get those abs for the most part gaining would not be the way to go.
