    Question Best post-workout supplement

    Hi all

I do my workout at the morning (starting at 8 am and finishing at 10 am), I'm training 5 days in the week (weights lifting and cardio) as the following: chest day, back day, shoulders day, triceps&biceps day, legs day. And cardio everyday.
Now the problem is that I can't manage to eat meals before the workout and 3 hours after the workout (I have the first food meal at 1 pm), currently I take a pre-workout supplement (PreKaged) 30 minutes before starting my workout, and take 2 servings of Whey Protein (Animal Whey Isolate) directly after workout which provides around 50g protein.
Now I think that the missing thing is that it's necessary to take a good amount of carbs directly after workout, which I'm not doing. So considering my schedule and my circumstances (which I can't change), what do you suggest to take after workout? you can modify my nutrition and supplements before and after workout by adding any supplements and fruits or vegetables (but not a food that needs a preparation).
    My Macro:
    CARBS: 216 G PER DAY.
    PROTEIN: 216 G PER DAY.
    FATS: 48 G PER DAY.

    Thank you all!

    You need a better routine.

Carbs are not necessary post workout.

What is your daily total for calories, carbs, protein, fat?

If you want more nutrition post workout, eat some food. Drink some milk. Drink som juice. Whatever. Just fit it to yiur daily macro totals

This. I usually have an egg or two. Or drink milk. What ever is handy.
