    Trying to get my swimming back together. Got 10 laps in over the course of about 30 minutes. Feels good to get back into swimming. I did a 4 day split this week prior to the swimming, so no lifting today.

    Got back in the pool again tonight. This time, the pool closed right around when I finished my 8th lap. It was way harder today than yesterday, I need to get more sleep, protein, and food in general.

    Hit chest today.

    4x flat bench at 165
    3x inclined dumbbell press at 60 per hand
    3x dumbbell flies at 25 per hand (super slow)
    3x chest dips with body weight
    3x tricep cable pull-downs.

    Later on, I went and did 5 laps at the pool before becoming completely exhausted. Tomorrow is supposed to be back day, but after how exhausted I became, I may have to modify it.

    I'm really bad about keeping this up to date.

    Since that last post, I have done a back day, a shoulder day, and swam every day except for one. I was feeling a bit too tired and week for a few days to lift, but I'm feeling better again now. I don't think I over did anything, I think I was battling some kind of mild bug.
