    Question First Time All Access User

    Hi - I just started using All Access and I love it - I am following the Uplifted program with Meg Squats.

    I had a question about how the app counts reps. If it asks for 20 1-armed rows, does that mean 20 on each arm or 20 total? It was odd because the rest of my set was asking for 10, but then this asked for 20. I'm just not sure how the app accounts for exercises that have to be done on each side and want to make sure I'm not over or under-doing it.

    I don't know what the app looks like but if a set is calling for 20 reps for DB rows then it would be 20 reps for each out.
