    Smaller waist and bigger butt!

    Hello everyone. Thanks in advance for any advice you could give me.
    I’m new to the whole fitness thing. My goal is to slim my waist but grow my booty!
    Good news is I’ve gone from 37 1/2” butt to 39”! However my waist has gone from 28 1/2” to 29”
    I don’t really track my calories but eat clean and cook 98% of my meals. What would you guys recommend to get my waist smaller but keep growing my glutes?

    Those are 2 different goals so you need to pick where you want to start. If you want things smaller you need to eat in a calorie deficit. If you want to grow you need to eat in a calorie surplus.

    This can be accomplished through multiple bulk (grow lots of booty and increase the waist a little) and cut (shrink the waist a lot and booty a little) cycles over the course of years. In the last 5-6 years, my measurements have gone from 28" waist/37" booty to 27" waist/41" booty. It won't happen overnight but the change is worth the time and effort.

    Tracking your nutrition and eating clean.

    Focus on core workouts for waist and ensure you are progressing properly with your leg/glute workouts
