    Looking for feedback on mean plan

    I'm looking to cut and drop body fat. I'm current 5' 7" and 169 lbs. I meal prep for the week so this is pretty much what I'm going to eat every day. Just looking for people's thought on my plan. I lift weights 4 times a week and I do HIIT once a week.
