I agree. Peaches are awesome! My great grandma would slice some and freeze them. Then when we were eating lunch on Sunday she'd have a bag of them out warming up in the sun. We'd have them with a little bit of half and half. So good.

I never tried peaches in the freezer. I do eat frozen blueberries occasionally though. They taste amazing.
I ate three peaches today. My Carbs number for the day was pretty high, but these are the right kind of Carbs for me. Carbs from grains don’t do me well.
Next time we buy peaches I’ll freeze some slices to use in my ON bluberry muffin protein shake. That sounds amazing.
I did use peaches with this powder before, but they were not frozen.

Had a great day with lots of exercise.
Found this outdoor gym that was just added to one of the larger parks in our area.
Too bad it's the end of summer and soon it'll probably get too cold to go out there for workout sessions. I will still enjoy what I can before the weather gets cold.
Here are a few images of the workout area.
... and I found a quarter ... lucky, eh?

Wow! That outdoor gym is awesome.
I have to ask, are people using it? I'm seeing less & less people at the park/jogging /walking path. Kind of sad, especially no young people at all. Most of the people I encounter on the path are seniors, with probably a majority being cardiac patients. In fact, today I encountered more squirrels than I did people. LOLWorkout Log:

During my bike ride this morning, I saw lots of people of different ages.
It's a forest preserve trail that's about 10 miles long, but it has multiple entrances.
People were jogging, walking, walking their dogs, running, sitting on benches on the side, fishing, biking, etc.
At the outdoor gym - which is at a different location - I saw people coming and going as well. I stayed there for some 20 minutes and I saw families with kids as well as grownups by themselves. Some were watching, some were taking pictures, and some were trying to figure out how to use the equipment. A young fella started what looked like a serious workout session when I was done with mine. It's a fairly new thing at the park and I imagine most people don't know about it.
It actually took a few minutes for me to find a moment, before I started my own workout, to take some shots without people being in my photos. I have a feeling the place will bring many people to use it. The park itself is huge and it has multiple athletic attractions: tennis courts, baseball field, soccer field, walking/running trail, etc. There are also weekend sports events such as organized baseball games, other tournaments, etc. The place gets lots of traffic anyways, and the addition of this outdoor gym seems to be very welcome.

Hey, man. Nice log so far, I just read from the start to now.
35 pounds in, what, ~50 days? Absolutely insane. Looks like your diet is very healthy. Definitely not starving yourself. Keep up the good work. 32 to 44 is quite a jump in pant size, so I'm hoping eventually you share your weight. I'm 5'7" and currently a 36 or a 38 depending on manufacturer so I have a guess, but I'll keep it to myself. Regardless losing almost 40 pounds, your probably below my measurements now.
The outside gym is really a cool feature. We have one on our greenbelt system by the river and it sees A LOT of use.
I'll keep checking in. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for reading and commenting.
35lbs since July 29, so that’s six weeks and some change. The first couple weeks were mostly water loss, so you must keep that in mind. After that, I’ve been averaging a 2-3lbs loss per week. That’s pretty normal.
I never starve myself. That is not a sustainable way to lose weight. Even on the days when I fast, I eat lots of Protein before and that keeps me pretty satiated.
I will probably share my weight after Weigh-In #10 or #15. It’s not a secret. I just want to share my actual weight when the number is very far from where I began back in July. No big deal though.
Talk to you later.

It looks like I may have sprained some ligaments during Saturday's workout(s) because my muscle soreness is almost gone but my arms still hurt. Will get lots of rest this week and focus mostly on Nutrition. That's always my no.1 priority anyways.

I was VERY tempted to take advantage of the 50%OFF discount in the store here, but I had to admit the fact that I really ... don't need anything in there
I have five tubs of whey, though they are the same flavor.
Still, I would rather finish that off first and then look for something else when I run out.
Saw some great deals on Aminos and Pres, but I realize I don't really need any at this time, either.
I have two open tubs of XTend and NutraBio intras and two open tubs of MuscleTech and Cellucor pres.
So I'll hold on to my money for now.
