First workout since last-last week.
Did an Arms workout with resistance bands.
Bicep Curl + Tricep Extension
Multiple To-Failure Sets with all band weights.
Feels great to work out again.
Almost felt like Cardio for some reason.
This was fasted with 1 scoop of Cellucor C4 Extreme.

I was a bit short on calories in the evening and found this bag in the pantry. I forget which flavor they are. I’ll look later.
Never had these before. They were good. I needed something salty so they hit the spot. A bit high in calories though. SkinnyPop Popcorn are much better calorie wise, but we ran out.
