Hey! Great progress so far. Would love to see how the changes are reflected in pictures. Must be a huge difference.
What is the point of fasting? Isn't it bad for your muscle mass? Haven't read a lot about fasting, and never have I tried one myself, so curious.
Anyway - don't give up and keep on rocking.

I didn’t take progress pictures this time. It is the second time I am losing the weight, though this time I don’t have to lose quite as much.
I know how to lose weight and how to keep it off. Knowing and DOING are two different things though ... discipline and execution is the name of the game. I can hopefully do a better job keeping it off this time
As far as losing muscle mass, I am not very concerned with that. My main goal is weight loss. When I get to my desired weight I can put on some muscle if I want. Also, I do keep my Protein numbers quite high and on fasting days I have 1-2 servings of BCAA/EAA. I know that breaks a fast because there ARE calories in that, but the point for my weekly fast is more for mental discipline that anything else ... not fasting for whatever physiological reason people usually do it for.

Ah, I see.
That makes sense.
I usually use some type of BCAA product, and most of the ones that I use will have some type of electrolyte in there. I just got a whole bunch of XTend BCAA tubs and can't wait to crack them open.
I don't really like plain water.
Maybe adding some of the things you mentioned would make the taste more bearable? No?

Did not have a good week diet wise.
Not sorry and there is no guilt.
Just one of those weeks I guess.
I’ve done really good for ten weeks in a row. I can take a week with no loss on the scale, and a gain for sure.
Will not weigh in this Sunday, as I usually do. Will just start fresh on Monday and take it from there.
