I have been falling to the temptation at candy bars as well. That super sweet taste takes me down the wrong road nearly every time.

Yeah ... I try not to restrict too much, or else I'd fall off the wagon really bad.
We had guests tonight, so I had to break my Saturday fast as well.
Oh well

I will end this log here. I kept it for ten weeks and I lost some 42lbs. Very happy with that.

Moving forward, I want to continue with some intuitive eating. I will be extremely busy in the next two months, so I wouldn’t have the time to do a daily log in here anyways.

I want to thank all who participated either by reading my log entries and also by posting in here occasionally.

This forum is certainly not what it used to be years ago, and traffic has slowed down considerably. Still, I do appreciate all who took the time to write in here.

I will check in the forums occasionally, mostly in the supplement section.

Sad to see you go but I get it. I have to noticed the decrease in traffic. The female journal section is mostly has really decreased. Just want to say congrats on the weight loss, awesome progress my dude, and good luck to you friend

Congratulations to your success.

I think the "easier" part is done (loosing weight) and now the challenge of your life starts to keep the weight and not to fall in old behaviours.

It takes the same thing to keep the weight off as it does to drop it: discipline.
I've gone through cuts a few times now, and I know.
It's all about execution.
