Thanks for posting the pic. Might try them some day in the future. I will sometimes eat the Lenny and Larry protein cookies. 200 calories for half and just 8 grams of protein so the macros aren't the best, I just like them on the rare occasion.

Yes, I am slowly getting a grip on my new schedule. Should be able to get at least 2-3 workouts on weekdays moving forward. I usually get 2-3 workouts in on Saturday. It’s 1:20 on a Saturday and I already got two workouts in today.
My main goal is weight loss right now, so nutrition is king. Very happy my nutrition is on point.
You have a nice long weekend as well. We are grilling tomorrow. That’ll be awesome because it’ll be at the end of a 40 hour fast 😋

You are welcome. I like them puffs, but to be entirely honest, I am only eating them because we bought a big bag for the kids, and the kids ended up not liking them
They are not bad. A good snack, but I wouldn’t go out if my way to buy a bag.
I really like the salted SkinnyPop popcorn. We had a big bag of those, but they went very fast because ... the kids loved those
Have a nice long weekend.
We are grilling tomorrow. Yay 🍗🍔🥩

Looks like you are burning a good bit of calories via walking. When I had a day job as a waiter, I would walk so much on a shift (virtually jogging, while carrying a heavy tray) that I literally had to consume over 4K calories just to maintain.
