Hey guys,
I'm new to this forum, so this is my first post. I would like to hear your opinions and feedback on improvements for muscle development.
I've been training for 5 years now and gained a decent amount lot of size. I'm 195cm (6'5), weigh 98kgs (216lbs) and have around 15% bodyfat. My chest is 113cm (44 inches), my arms are 44cm (17 inches) and my legs are 66cm (25 inches).
Some pictures of my older & current physique are attached in this post and the first comment (scroll down), to give you an impression of my transformation.
What muscles do you think should be more developed or are out of proportion? (besides calves lol)
Thanks in advance.
