Jym is comically bad unless youre a friggin newborn whos never taken a pre workout. can someone suggest a great pre workout please?? seriously. if your 19 yrs old you do not neecd a pre workoput ever. man up and get some friggin rest and eat some food. im 54 yrs old and i defin itely a pre workout with a good kick. some of these products are crapppppp
