So im
Starting fat loss program and my trainer want me to use a intra workout mix with Electrolytes, bcaas and glutamine to try to keep musclemass.
I was thinking that i could use Coconut Water and add unflavoured BCAA and Glutamine to it?
And drink it during my workouts?
I try to avoid artificial sweetneres. And coconut water does taste alot sweeter then water.
Is this good idea?

Below will be way more important to keep mass more than what your trainer suggested to you:
Lifting as heavy as possible
Protein high enough
Moderate deficit (to lose weight at no more than 1%/week of your weight)
Sound sleep
And we trainers aren't qualified to give nutritional advice, at least the majority are notNASM CPT
