Not even 3 sets. Usually get super tired after doing 2 sets. And my body is also telling me I overtrain.
Am I really in this bad shape? Anyone got any help understanding only thing from internet I found was talk about big bodybuilders not beginner stuff who joke about 7kg being small weights and this video of this skinny slut doing 50 like it's nothing with 5kg:

If 7 kg is heavy for you at that moment, then that's your weight.
In time you will go to 12 kg. And maybe higher.
Don't worry, a male colleague of mine, does curls with those weights too. Light days. But not going much heavier either.
And if someone laughs at you because of those weights.
Tells alot about him .
Who is he, or she, to judge you.
You might be able to do things that are way more important than lifting a dumbbell/heavy weight.
Spreading warmth...kindness for example...
Not all people are good at that...

11 minute 13 seconds.
Tom Platz talks about Arnold using light weights for biceps and himself going even lighter .
That should be an eye opener.
