    Test boosters on empty stomach

    Hi,
    Iam first time test booster user. I am on my first bottle of EVLTest. Iam 40+. The bottle says 4 tabs on empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bed. I usually go to bed around 9:30pm to 10pm. In that case my meal time is around 7:45-8:30pm. I am sure it takes more than an hour for any light meal to digest. So I am not on an empty stomach until 10pm atleast.
    When I am suppose to take the supplement then? Or do people just skip dinner and take only supplements?
    I know there's lot of discussion in this forum on test boosters and on what time to take to it. But I really couldn't get clarity on this.

    Honestly the timing isn't going to matter so much as opposed to just taking it consistently. You'll be fine taking it with your meals as I doubt you'll hinder any sort of progress by not taking it on an empty stomach. Although I do feel that most testboosters don't really do much but there are some exceptions.

    Doesn't matter really. Personally i would advise taking any type of hormone-boosting product pre workout.

    My experience with most natty test boosters is stomach discomfort due to the herbals used. Pre-bed would be my recommended time

    Sounds like it's likely has ingredients to aid with sleep. Keep in mind "test boosters" don't directly have any kind of hormonal impact. That meal is still sitting on your stomach. Use as directed.
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

    It doesn't matter what time you take them, or whether you swallow or use them as suppositories. They don't work.

    The only effect you can hope to achieve is via improved sleep, which will then improve your test levels naturally. Plain old ZMA can help with this. Also some evidence of IF improving hormone levels in males.

    Good sleep, good food, pick up heavy stuff.
