what now? new program ? beginner or intermediate?

so back story, ive started working out on feb 1st this year, been running fierce5 full body as written since then
I started at 165lbs bulked to 180 lbs ( till like june 1st) and been inneffectively cutting since then. but i cant progress anymore im around 171lbs ( seems like I looked better at 180) I was around 22% bfat at 180, i might b at 20% now.
I think i want to go back to a slow bulk now simply to build muscle +gym session are much easier on a bulk
Im kinda bored with my current program. heres my overall numbers from feb 1st to now

    squat 135 /265
    bpress 115/155
    ohp 95/115
    rdl 95/185
    pendlay 95/185
    lat pull down 80/135

so where to go now ?
goal are beeing healthy and looking better overall

How many resets have you had on Fierce 5?

In regards to the Fierce 5 U/L program, I definitely like that program a lot. I've been running it for 14 weeks now and have seen great body composition improvements.

You might as well stick it out with fierce 5 full body. There isn't any sense in switching programs on a cut. I think the boredom kicks in when you stop progressing. I would go for an extra 300 calories a day and really hit the gym hard to try and improve your lifts and motivation. Give it another month and see how you feel. You could look at the fierce 5 intermediate programs if you really want to.

If you've been cutting a caloric deficit will hinder your progress. I know for me my pressing strength slowly drops the further I get into a cut.

I would not switch programs on a cut, but that's me. Keep milking novice, be patient, if you get bored throw in some subs or minor accessory work to keep things interesting and to help with stalling. You probably don't have much more to go until you need to switch, most people spend 4-6months on novice before the need to switch.

If it were me, I'd just get back on a slow bulk, you're approaching your starting weight anyway. Cutting is really only successful if you've built a solid muscle base first, otherwise you just look like a skinnier version of yourself with no real extra muscle to show for your work. See if you're able to milk more novice gains, if not get on f5 U/L , it's a solid program.

If you want to lose fat, go in with the mindset that you're gonna completely stall. That way you see any progression as a bonus. You will look worse when you start cutting, especially if you are on the high end in terms of bodyfat. Your muscle glycogen will deplete so you look smaller, but you're not getting any cuts from losing fat because there is plenty left still, so pretty much the only thing you see visually is the scale weight going down.

If still on a cut...stay with F5 till cut is over...then jump into the U/L program...you will enjoy it.
