I start my day with drinking two tablespoons of olive oil for 250 kcal in the morning, then through out the day i eat 3 meals consisting of 700 kcal each, by the end of the day i drink two tablespoons of olive oil. All in all i eat eat about 2600-2700 calories a day. I just bought some 500gr biscuit powder for less then a dollar and in 100gr there is 450 kcal. Is this okay for building muscles? I eat about 200gr of protein a day or 1 gr of protein by pound but calories is what is hard for me to achieve
