    1.5 months progress too less?

I have been lifting continuously for 2.5 months now, had been on and off the gym before. I had my first BCA on 1 june i.e. 1.5 months ago and then today. I’ve just gained 0.1kg of SMM along with 0.1kg of Bodyfat in that period. I reckon thats too low right? Also, almost no changes in measurements.
As far as my diet is concernced, I’d been maintaining at 2700 cals with p/f/c around 171/134/242g.

    Training schedule
    monday - legs
    Tuesday - chest
    Wednesday - arms
    Thursday - back
    Friday - shoulder and cardio
    Saturday - arms

    Stats -
    Height - 164cm, weight 68.3kg
    Squats - 80kgx5, bench 60kgx5

Think its my testosterone levels? Also I’m kinda skinny fat.

    Current BCA - https://imgur.com/a/p1X16xi

    Prev BCA - https://imgur.com/a/krqDDgM

I could really use a morale boost here

Edit:- I had a blood test done on 27th May and Total testosterone was 487ng/dL

I think the problem is not your diet, it's your lifting schedule. It's terrible. Check out fierce 5 novice, stronglifts 5x5, or aworkoutroutine.com beginner program. You will start seeing muscle gains when you start doing a proven lifting program, and work that program really hard.

You went from F5 a year and a half ago, to this mess? Then wonder why you're not progressing?

    "Arm day", twice a week?

Look here OP, you used to make progress: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=175115451

Well I had stopped lifting after that due to my hectic schedule, and finally I have gotten the time to workout and get back on track.

So you’re contemplating that I should switch back to F5?

Also, I didnt start doing F5 again because although I did make noticeable strength gains that time, I couldn’t see much of size gains. So I thought of giving something else a try.

Also arms day day twice a week idk I just put up some random program from the internet

What I dont quite get is that people say its 70% diet and 30% workout, so even if I say **** up in workout a bit, I should still be getting gains no? Atleast something more than 0.1kg in 1.5 months

You're lack of results should be making that determination, not me.

Yeah no I sure as hell need to so something about lack of results. Just wondering if its just the training thats the going wrong here. I’m gonna see an endocrinologist today for my test levels aswell.
After that, I guess then it’d be better to switch to F5 again.

One more doubt, as I’d be lifting 85% of my max strength if I were to start F5, does that mean that I wont be gaining muscle for next 4 weeks until I reach my og strength because no progressive overload?

The suspension will differ depending on the suspension type, geometry, and extent of the change. When corners are changed equally, corner weights shouldn't affect heights.

Depending on whether or not the geometry caused weight transfers on raising or lowering the object, it could alter balance. At the moment, I can only come up with fictional examples.
