There's no set rule, but 30-90 seconds is a good rule of thumb between sets and exercises. If you're lifting really heavy weights you might wait 2-4+ minutes so you're ready to tackle the next set. You can shorten whatever your usual rest time is if you want to increase your workout intensity.

If you're asking about rest time I don't think it's advisable to do bench press or squats more than twice per week, and definitely not unless you reduce the volume of each workout accordingly. There may be some who disagree with that though.

Depends on preference, the longer you wait, the more energy you can put into the next exercise. Most people are about 5-10 minutes I think, I can easily be up to 10 if the same muscles are used, but I wouldn't really recommend that because it's a waste of time.
Try mix body-parts up a bit if you can, or if you go straight from compound to an isolation finisher you can be pretty quick, under 2 minutes.

Whatever you do, make sure you time it, and stick to it consistently. Otherwise the duration stretches out over time.

I hear 8 minutes is good if you're going heavy and at your max.

It’s fine to hit the same muscle 3x per week. There are several beginner programs that do.

    I go 1-2 minutes. Low reps I’ll go 3-5
