Had a pretty long term falling out from lifting, I'm talking years and i haven't even been taking care of health much either. Any advice or suggestions on how to start back, what's best to eat without spending a lot of money, supplements (if any) that would be beneficial right now? I know I could search through Google for all my questions but I'm looking for real people's opinions and suggestions. All I have right now is a straight bar with no plates, Bodbot fitness app and a pull up bar.
