    Don't worry about bulking or cutting. You look fine at this point. Focus now on your strength, and your form while performing the lifts. Also be sure you are getting enough quality food to eat and protein.

    Do I not need to be a calorie surplus? I cant progress anymore in a deficit on my strength anyways or barely any
