    Are these lifts good for my Weight & Age?

    My age: 17
    My BodyWeight: 140Lbs
    My BodyFat: About 13%
    My Height 5.7
    I have been training for almost 2 years.

    My Lifts
    Incline Barbell Bench Press: 165Lbs x 5
    Flat Barbell Bench Press: 175Lbs x 5
    Weighted Chin-Ups: 45Lbs x 4
    Weighted Dips: 45Lbs x 6
    Incline Dumbbell Curls: 40Lbs x 6

    Would love some opinions on if my lifts are good for my age and training time. Wanna see if I am progressing to slow or I have good lifts for my age, please give me some opinions!

    The fact you didn't put any lower body lifts worry me. But those are decent lifts for your weight.

    Like the other person said, you should also post your lower body lifts, such as squat and deadlift, or even sled press... anyways though, your bench is respectable for your age/BW, but can obviously still be improved much more before it can be considered "impressive"... I'd say 2x BW bench and over is considered impressive for mostly anyone, but this of course varies as BW goes up (which is why a 1.5x bench for a 300 lbs male is more impressive than someone with a 2.0x bench for a 150 lbs male).

    For two years worth of training, I'd expect more progress tbh but we don't know where you even started at in terms of stats and 1RM, but progress is progress... it can just be a matter of how you train, sometimes changing it up can improve your lifts dramatically, like with dieting for one.
