    Can I make 2 days of working out seem like 1?

    I wonder, since Im lazy and all I wanna do is play Call of Duty and grind for that dark matter camo im very close to, I wonder if lifting for 30 minutes on Monday, then again 30 minutes on Tuesday working the same muscle group will be the same as an hour of working a muscle group in a day.

    Example:
    * Monday
    - Hammer curls (3 sets of 12 reps)
    - Concentration curls (3 sets of 12)
    - Some other bicep exercise (3 sets of 12)
    * Tuesday
    - Repeat whatever I did the previous day or maybe other bicep exercises (still 3 sets of 12)

    Can't see how this would help with your CoD grinding.

    You're wrong. I do, just not enough. I used to have that drive but I've seen little to no gains so I lost motivation.

    I'd recommend trying super setting while keeping the rest periods short. Also, about not being motivated or having drive due to not seeing progress, try changing your goal.
    For example instead of someone who has a very hard time gaining weight, only measuring their progression on the scale.. I'd suggest that person try to, still eat to gain weight, however, try to add another rep to a set each workout or another 5 lbs to an exercise. Both are a form of progressing.
