Can we consider BCAA and Collagen Peptides as part of the protein intake?

As I am trying to reach 1g protein per 1lb of body weight, can I add my consumption of BCAA and Collagen Peptides to the protein intake?

You should stop taking BCAAs, they have no benefit over whole protein.

Collagen peptide is fine, you can count it towards your total.

You don't really need that much, unless perhaps if you're very lean and cutting.

If you're not cutting 0.7 gram protein per lb will be fine. More is good too.
