As I am trying to reach 1g protein per 1lb of body weight, can I add my consumption of BCAA and Collagen Peptides to the protein intake?

You should stop taking BCAAs, they have no benefit over whole protein.
Collagen peptide is fine, you can count it towards your total.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:
